Shipping Policy
Walker Reserve currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, package size, and destination.
Because many fragrances contain alcohol, orders may be required to ship by an approved ground shipping service. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only. Walker Reserve cannot guarantee a specific delivery date after a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at walkersreserve3@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Walker Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location and with other household members.
- Ask nearby neighbors or your apartment office, when applicable.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please also email us at walkersreserve3@gmail.com so we can review the order and assist where possible. Walker Reserve is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged during shipment or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at walkersreserve3@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
